TCFF Calcutta to begin on the 6th!TCFF Calcutta will be inaugurated by Dr Malini Bhatacharjee, Chairperson, State Women Commission West Bengal. And President of Cine Central and Ex Chairperson, West Bengal Human Rights Commission, Mr. Shyamal Kumar Sen will preside over the function.
